About the Ambulance

Brute's emergency ambulance, based on Los Angeles Fire Department units. It cannot be bought in GTA Online — it only spawns when medics are dispatched. On FiveM EMS servers the vanilla model is usually replaced by modded ambulance resources with working lights.

How to spawn the Ambulance

Four ways to get the Ambulance in front of you on a FiveM server.

vMenu

Open vMenu (usually F5) → Vehicle Options → Vehicle Spawner → Emergency → Ambulance. You can also paste the model name ambulance directly.

txAdmin

In txAdmin's in-game menu (FXServer builds above 2524), open Vehicle → Spawn and enter ambulance.

Chat command

On servers with admin commands, /car ambulance spawns the Ambulance in front of you. QBCore's /car also adds vehicle keys.

Lua / scripts

CreateVehicle(`ambulance`, x, y, z, heading, true, false) — the first argument is the spawn code.
